Schwalbe’s line

  • It is an anatomical structure seen in the interior of the cornea of the eye
  • It represents the termination of the descemet’s membrane of the eye
  • It is the most anterior structure in the angle of the anterior chamber and hence is the last to disappear when the angle narrows (in angle closure glaucoma)
