Rotated film with prominent aorta. The apparent tracheal shift to the right is also due to the rotation. The medial end of right clavicle is seen farther away from the spine than the medial end of right clavicle, indicating the rotation to right side. The shadow to the right of trachea is likely to be that of superior vena cava.
