    What is the answer of question – Which is the cardioprotective fatty acid- oleic acid or omega 3 fatty acid? Or both?
    If both, which is the BEST option if such a question comes for a single answer exam like AIPG???

    @Jayakrishnan: Both are cardioprotective. Olive oil is the source for oleic acid (mono unsaturated) while fish oil is the source of omega 3 fatty acid. Both alternatives cannot be included together in a single response question!
