Impetigo herpetiformis- rare dermatosis of the pregnancy with widespread cutaneous pustulosis and fetal distress, presenting in 3rd trimester. Often cofused with pustular drug eruption or bacterial skin infection or pustular psoriasis. Systemic steroids are the main stay of the treatment apart from fluid and electrolytes.
