Paranasal sinuses – Frontal Sinus (1), Ethmoid Sinus (2), Sphenoid Sinus (3), Maxillary Sinus (4)
- Mucocoele of the frontal sinus is a cystic non tender swelling.
- It can displace the eyeball forward, downward and laterally.
- The patient presents with headache, diplopia and proptosis.
- Treatment is frontoethmoidectomy which facilitates free drainage of frontal sinus into the middle meatus.
