iris stroma: mealanocytes are derived from neural crest cells and they contribute to the colour of iris and hence iris stroma
Iris stroma, Corneal stroma, Trabecular Meshwork and Corneal endothelium are all derived from NEURAL CREST.
Corneal epithelium is a derivative of SURFACE ECTODERM.
