    In case of non reactive NST, It is logical to repeat the test again,
    In this case there is no other conditions stated,
    In a study the stress test was conducted only after retesting for NST (Non-Reactive), 80-90% responded 2nd time. have a look at the link, it is not a high profile site but with real patients, who underwent NST twice.

    It was a tricky one)). NST is included in Manning score or biophysical profile, and also done as a screening test.
    The option states that do a Biophysical profile and not, continue with biophysical profile. if the later was the case examiner would have gone on evaluating the other parameters of Manning score, However here it seems it was done for screening, hence it shall be repeated.

    P.S. NST can be repeated in 90 minutes.
