i think its C…. PROGESTIN ONLY PILLS(POP)NOT TRANSMITTED THRU BREAST MILK AND HAS HIGH CONTRACEPTIVE EFFICACY…. LACTATIONAL AMENORRHEA IS NOT RELIABLE.
