- Neoplasms
- Pulmonary embolism
- Infections
- Collagen vascular disorders
- GIT disorders – Perforation of esophagus, pancreatitis
- Others – Yellow nail syndrome, Uremia, Meig’s syndrome, After cardiac surgery / injury, Pericardial disease, Asbestos exposure, Radiation exposure, Chylothorax
