Indications for sympathectomy are:

Hyperhydrosis
Causalgia
Raynaud’s disease caused by stable arterial occlusions
Frost bite sequelae
Thromboangitis / distal arterial occlusions
Reflex sympathetic dystrophy
Inoperable atherosclerotic occlusions with pain or limited tissue loss
